Kaeser ACT-series activated carbon filters reliably remove oil vapours and odours. Installed downstream of compressed air drying and pre-filtration components, they attain Class 1 residual oil content as per ISO 8573-1, thereby protecting sensitive production processes.

Generous fill levels of high-quality activated carbon and their enduring low pressure loss make them a highly cost-effective choice: they can last 12,000 hours of compressor operation without replacement of the activated carbon. An oil indicator fitted as standard indicates any operational disruptions.

  • Residual oil content within the concentration range 0 – 0.01 mg/m³
  • Flow rate 1.17 – 154.5 m³/min
  • Max. working pressure 10 bar / 16 bar and optionally, 48 bar

Your advantages

    • Significantly lower values than required by Class 1:
Class 1 as per ISO 8573-1 is achieved with residual oil content as high as 0.01 mg/m³, yet Kaeser ACT desiccant dryers can deliver significantly lower residual oil content. This means consistently reliable compliance with limit values.

  • Low maintenance costs:
Kaeser ACT adsorbers have very long replacement intervals thanks to their generous dimensions and optimal flow dynamics through the highly effective activated carbon. They’re also mounted in a protective and durable steel frame.

HP-series high-pressure filters remove dust, oil aerosols, vapours and odours at working pressures up to 45 bar thereby supplying compressed air to all purity classes as per ISO 8673-1. They are ideal companions to our Kaeser reciprocating compressors and booster stations, where they are used for producing the blower air used in PET bottle production.

  • Flow rate 1.80 – 36.7 m³/min
  • Max. working pressure 45 bar
  • Max. operating temperature 66 °C

Your advantages

    • Sturdy stainless steel housing
The filter housing is made of 1.4301 stainless steel, making it corrosion-resistant for maximum particle purity.

    • Reliable condensate drainage:
High-pressure coalescence filters are available equipped with the ECO-DRAIN electronic condensate drain. A manual tap drain is offered for particle and activated carbon filters.

  • Broad application spectrum:
Five different filter grades are available for working pressures up to 45 bar – from pre-filters to activated carbon filters. This ensures application-appropriate filtration for all purity classes as per ISO 8573-1 – with minimal pressure loss.
  •

F-series compressed air filters with flanged connection have been specially designed for high air requirements. Their sturdy design and generously dimensioned filter cases ensure a reliable stream of standard-compliant compressed air purity. They provide coverage for all purity classes as per ISO 8573-1 – with remarkably low pressure loss.

  • Flow rate 18.5 to 330.0 m³/min
  • Max. working pressure 16 bar (F-221 13 bar model)
  • Max. operating temperature 60 °C

Your advantages

    • Compressed air to all purity classes:
Six different filter grades are available for F-series flanged filters. This highly-precise gradation enables high filtration efficiency perfectly suited to the application – with low pressure loss.

  • Straightforward installation:
The compressed air connections on the filter housings are variably selectable and fit perfectly onto the compressed air outlets of Kaeser compressors. This means an end to expensive on-site pipework diameter adjustments. They also deliver optimised flow dynamics with low pressure loss and outstanding filtration efficiency.

  • Reliable condensate drainage:
Upon request F-series coalescence filters can also be equipped with the ECO-DRAIN electronic condensate drain, which ensures a highly reliable drainage of retained condensate – all without pressure loss.
  •

KAESER FILTER products are the key components for producing compressed air to all purity classes as per ISO 8573-1. All with exceptionally low differential pressure. Moreover, their service-friendly design not only allows simple, error-free opening and closing of the filter housing, but also enables quick and clean element changes.

  • Flow rate: 0.60 to 14.20 m³/min
  • Max. working pressure 16 bar
  • Max. operating temperature 66 °C

Your advantages

  • Standard-compliant purity:
The KAESER FILTER range uses modern deep-pleated filter media to remove particles and aerosols. A highly effective carbon fibre mat traps oil vapours. The outstanding performance data of KAESER FILTERS were calculated according to ISO 12500 and validated by Lloyd’s Register, the independent certification organisation.
